What our guests have said ...

“Our stay at an Association B&B n Hawkes Bay was a memorable one. From the moment we arrived we were put at our ease, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. From wine and canapés with the hosts on the deck each evening, with those splendid views of the ocean, to the most sumptuous breakfasts we have ever tasted, we simply could not have asked for more. Thank you so much Dave and Margaret for making our time in your part of the world so special”.

Bob and Anne, Weymouth, UK

“We stayed with Alan and Marie at their beautiful B&B n the Coromandel. Their house is set in 5 acres of beautiful gardens and farmland, and when not sightseeing we loved just strolling around and appreciating the native flora and fauna. Alan and Marie were super ambassadors for the Coromandel, and their expert advice proved invaluable in helping to ensure that we made the most of our limited time in this lovely area. The breakfasts, freshly cooked with home-grown produce, were to die for, and we also loved the complimentary home-baking and evening drinks. We will definitely return.”

Richard and Carol, Boston, USA

“We have lived in Auckland all our lives and had never stayed in a B&B before when travelling around New Zealand. If all B&Bs are as good as Peter and Sally’s we will never stay in any other type of accommodation in future. What initially appeared quite expensive for the accommodation proved not to be the case when we realised just how many extras were factored into the room rate. These included the best breakfasts we have ever had, complimentary drinks and cooking, free wireless internet, and, above all, the time, warmth and enthusiasm of our hosts. We have been converted, and cannot wait for our next stay in a B&B”

Mark and Rachel, Auckland

We are a family of four visiting New Zealand for the first time from Hong Kong. We lead busy, high pressure lives at home and wanted to stay in places where we could relax and where the children had space to play in safety. A friend had suggested that staying in B&Bs was a great way to get to know New Zealand, so we did our research and chose to stay in ones that were part of the B&B association. They were all great, and our children loved the experience. Without exception our hosts were warm, welcoming and a mine of information about the local area, and they all did everything possible to help make each stay memorable”.
