We’re delighted to announce our 2026 Vision Insurance Conference, to be held at The Hotel Elms, Papanui Road, Christchurch from 17th–19th June 2026.

This will be a must-attend event for all B&B and hosted accommodation providers across New Zealand – a chance to connect, learn, and plan for the future of our sector.

Wednesday 17th June : Trade Afternoon – Your opportunity to meet with inbound travel agents. This event is for QA properties only - there is still time to be Quality Assessed for this.

18th–19th June: Main Conference and AGM – two full days of inspiring speakers, workshops, and networking to help you grow your business and strengthen the hosted accommodation community.

18th June : Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony

21st August, 1:15 pm – Social Media For Your Business with Seth Zorn
Take your social media to the next level by using Facebook, Instagram and other platforms to attract more guests and stand out in a competitive market. Seth Zorn from The Company will cover what works for Kiwi accommodation providers and how to save time with smart posting strategies.

27th August, 1:00 pm – Learn About Being Trade Ready with Kelly and Carole (PDNZ)
Are you ready to work with travel trade partners? They will explain what being “trade ready” means for NZ accommodation businesses and how to prepare your property to access new distribution channels and visitor markets.
