Don't forget to look after yourselves!!


As we all get busier it is important that you look after your wellbeing - in fact, you are required to do so under the Health & Safety Act.  Of course, ensuring you look after yourself will ensure you can keep working and as small business owners, that is very important to us.

Stress can have a number of meanings but which ever meaning it has, the common picture is that a person is having difficulty coping with some aspect of their life.  And fatigue can occur for many different reasons - physical, mental or emotional.  Being tired, "drained" or exhausted are familiar feelings.  Stress and fatigue may both have a negative impact on you -  when driving, using chemicals and so on..

A suggestion  for you to consider - If you have days without bookings in your calendar - book out a couple here and there to ensure you do get a break from the business.
